Pink As Modern | Vané Broussard’s Inspiration Board

This week we’re excited to share the Modernist-inspired board by blogger, Vané Broussard.  Vané’s blog, Brooklyn Bride, highlights modern designs in wedding décor, so who better to interpret the wedding of one of Vera Wang’s Fall 2014 Modernist gowns.  The mermaid gown shown here is in peony, a bold hue for a fashion-forward bride. The draped bodice is paired with a clean skirt, with tone-on-tone chiffon floral detailing on the skirt’s train, and two dramatic bows in the back.

The images surrounding the gown include both bright hues and black and white details for wedding flowers, cake, stationery and various décor and design elements.  Below you can find the sources for each one, so you can plan your own modern wedding.
