WHAT TO EAT: Start your meal with the soft shell crab, tarragon mayo, caper, and potatoes. It’s perfectly fried and the sweetness of the crab with the combination of the spicy mayo is spectacular. For your entrée try the beef short rib, carts, tendon, and horseradish tofu. Don’t leave without the chocolate ice cream, spiced tofu, nutella sponge, powdered ganache pastry, this one sure left a mark.
