WHERE TO EAT: Hei Fung Terrace, located at 1-8-1 Yurakucho Chiyoda-ku Tokyo, offering authentic Cantonese cuisine set in a Suzhou garden theme, reiterating the hotel’s proximity to the Imperial Gardens. Open daily for lunch and dinner and offering 81 seats for main dining and three private dining rooms, two of them offering views of the Imperial Gardens, it is ideal for any occasion.
WHAT TO EAT: Wok-fried wild tiger prawn in supreme soup from the Chef’s Recommendation menu. Although Tokyo may be one of the most largely populated cities in the world, the seafood never fails to taste as if it came fresh off the back of a boat. If prawns aren’t your top seafood preference, try the wok-fried garoupa fillet with black truffle sauce, that too is incredible.
WHERE TO SHOP: The newly opened Vera Wang Bride in Ginza, Tokyo.
