Figuring out what to do for a fashion collection every 10 -12 weeks is pressure enough….shoes, boots, hosiery, jewelry, hats, scarves, furishy accessories, gloves, and clothing is complicated enough to say the least….but showing a thoughtful, evolved, and relevant collection is really important to me as a designer. Was thrilled to get a WWD cover yesterday! After all these years…still a real thrill! No matter how stressed I get….fashion is my life and I feel so lucky to be a part of such a creative business! — XX Vera
